Who ARE EPC Northampton
We are EPC Northampton, a father (Michael) and daughter (Rachael) team of Domestic Energy Assessors based in Northampton. We are qualified to carry out Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) on existing domestic properties.
Founded in 2015, we have been providing energy advice and support, for our customers and for many years. Both Domestic Energy Assessors (DEAs) have passed rigorous exams and are qualified to industry standards; accredited with Stroma to ensure compliance. We are also fully DBS checked.
Our services to date have helped Estate and Lettings Agents, landlords, vendors, and solicitors throughout Northamptonshire (with an NN postcode) and the surrounding areas.
We are a friendly, family-owned company who offer appointments during the day, evening and weekends and we look forward to helping you.
